I give private, one-to-one Alexander Technique lessons. For £42, I offer an initial one hour consultation which includes an assessment and lesson. Subsequent lessons last for 40 minutes and cost £38. For your lessons you should wear normal loose-fitting long-sleeved tops and trousers.
My own Pilates classes are held on Tuesday mornings, Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings at an attractive riverside studio. I teach Pilates to groups of up to twelve people. A programme of classes costs £6.50 per class, there is a Half-Term option and Drop-In classes are charged at £7.50 by special arrangement. One to one fifty minute sessions are held in my studio at my home in Caversham, £42.00 fee. The exercises are mainly performed lying on the floor. Exercise mats are provided; I also use foam rollers and dynabands. You should wear loose, comfortable track suit-type jogging bottoms and sweatshirt.
