I am a Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (MSTAT). I qualified in 1997 after attending a full time three year training course at the Headington Alexander Training School in Oxford.
In 2004, I qualified as a Pilates Coach, having trained in the Body Control style of Pilates with Pilates Training Solutions. I am now an accredited Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, and I am listed on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
I undertake continuous professional development in both disciplines.
I am married with four grown-up children, and have lived in Caversham since 1992. |
