My name is Beverley Hall and I am a qualified Pilates coach. I am based in Caversham, north of Reading town centre.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a very effective exercise programme suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It focuses on body alignment and balance, and improves your muscle tone, flexibility and body awareness. It is especially recommended as a means of improving core strength and posture. I teach Pilates to groups of up to 15 people.
